PACKAGES
Shipping and Receiving of Packages:
UPS is the exclusive provider for all shipping services for the Omni Oklahoma City. The UPS Store handles all inbound and outbound packages.
Packages may be delivered to the Property within forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date or may be subject to storage fees. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by Hotel prior to shipping. There is a fee per incoming package and outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by the UPS Store in addition to the shipping cost and/or packaging fees. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Property is subject to a separate handling charge. Handling/Receiving fees are listed below

UPS Store hours are M-F 8am-630pm, Sat. 10am-4pm, Sun. 10am-3pm (UPS/FedEx Pickup times vary). Loading Dock receiving hours are M-F 5:30am-2pm, Sat. by request only from 5:30am-12pm, Sun. closed. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact Group's Conference Services Manager. The following information must be on all packages to ensure proper delivery:
